ERE CoolSepTM is a crossflow membrane filtration technology designed for the treatment of industrial wastewaters, such as coolants, emulsified oil and suspended solids separation. Initial wastewater reduction saves costing on disposal and transportation.
Oil Phase
Once the two phases enter the OlioSep and hydrocarbon being lighter than water, begin to move upward creating a flow from the bottom to the upper free level, from where they are continuously skimmed out recovering the oil phase The OlioSep has an integrated Coalescing Pack to aid small micelles into bigger droplets of oil for further enhancement of separation.

The OlioSep also incorporates an adjustable weir for oil skimming and capturing. Our units are designed for effluents down to 10 mg/l. OlioSep Separators are easily converted to complete skid-mounted packages with level controls, pumps and control panels for continuous automatic treatment process.
Specifications:
Flow rates ranges from .5 to 50 gpm. Larger sizes are also available.
Working temperature tested are from 0o C or less (sea water) to about 80oC (from 32o F or less to 200o F).
Separation capacity (flow rate) is in the range from .5 to 50 GPM.
Removal efficiency: residual oil contents is recovered 100 %.
Virtually no maintenance is required.
Very good chemical resistance of the media and unit structure in different working environments.
